Sorry for bothering you with this again.. i have found the only way to stop colour problems is by ending explorer...

This is starting to get very irritating... ne other ideas?

I don`t know what the hell are you talking about but I had color problem too until I installed latest nvidia drivers so try that out.

The problem with the latest Nvidia drivers is that they slow the refresh rate down to 1 fps. AT least, they do on my computer.

Hmm this has reminded me to try it actually - I was restricted to ATI Catalyst 7.2 which is the last one Dell has released for my laptop, but I recently found a program that will let you install the desktop drivers on any OEM laptop (which it would normally not allow you to do), so I can have 7.6. Might solve the problem if latest nVidia drivers solve it for others...
