Yeah, I never really learned how to use them. Is there anyone out there that can give me a step by step on how to use them at all? I'm just dumb like that.

Run them by double-clicking them
Put the replay into fast-motion with the number keys (1 = regular speed)
Put the replay into superfast-motion with 0+ the number keys

Put the replay into slow-motion with Shift+ number keys
Press 's' to move one frame at a time (or 'pause' it)
