Is it ok to install it or there is problems with this update because it is juse released and it is beta?

And other question if I install the game, can I install directly the last update 3.6.28.0? (or need first to install the previous 3.6.26.5 before install the 3.6.28.0? 3.6.28.0 include the 3.6.26.5 inside it?)

you can install this update without needing to install anything but the game itself first.

i recommend the 3.6.26.5 beta till some things get resolved in the next bug fix beta release which shouldnt take too long.

Nooo!!!
Those bugs and errors are by far not affecting everyone!
In fact, that's what beta versions are made for: testing and searching for bugs.
It's an open beta and you're a beta tester.

I have the feeling that recently people's conception has shifted. They don't realize (or ignore) the fact that this is a beta test and that the alpha testers can't release a version that works on hundred of different system setups.

Before applying the latest update, simply rename your current wa.exe to something like 3.6.25.6_wa.exe.
You can then always start the game with the old version (without needing to rename it, BTW).

from what i gather a new release should not take anywhere near as long as the 3.6.28.0, thus that is why i recommended him to wait.

I don't understand what you said

but I still wait

I think what he means is that the patch only changes the exe file. So by renaming your original WA.exe file (at version 3.6.25.6) you can keep that safe, then update to the latest patch and choose which one to use.

I would personally recommend just using the latest now, it's not really that buggy, and if you do encounter a problem then letting us know helps get rid of the bugs.

Up to you of course.

you can have both EXE files in the games folder each with a different name, just install the 3.6.28.0 update and extract only the EXE from the previous version and rename it, you can then put this in the games folder along side the new 3.6.28.0 exe and run what ever version you want.

edit: the patch changes more then the EXE file, but i think it only adds functions to existing files and does not change/remove functions thus backwards compatibility remains.

You can, but only if they don't use any features that the new update includes, such as large maps or additional mines and barrels

They probably will kick you, because they want to use the amazing new features. :)

Just play the new beta update. If you encounter bugs or errors, you can help in fixing them.

Which bugs exactly are you waiting on?

franpa has a somewhat unique issue with random crashes and loss of input to frontend MFC controls in-game. I haven't heard anyone else experience it, and we're close to solving the issue anyway.

yes, and that issue was annoying the hell out of me with the 3.6.26.5 beta as well, tho it was subjected to a much bigger amount of testing by the time i got this game and updated it to that version, thus it seemed more to me like a unique issue on my end.

i attempted to ignore it but got more and more annoyed as time went on, i tried millions of things on my pc including but not limited to "formating my pc".

thus one can see why i started to suspect the game it self, with the release of the new update, i wanted to see what was wrong, cybershadow contacted me in regards to one of my posts on these forums and we have narrowed down the problem which apparently is now fixed.

Not limited?
Have you bought a few new hardware too? :)
