I have managed to change theme in some maps in worms 4 mayhem.Btw you can play online with it.You just have to go to data/maps and you will see lot of files.Search for a text documents like Tin can wally.I copied all data from there and pasted in This game does dragon.I got tin can wally theme,so its very interesting.And i like it because you can play it online like you didnt tweak it or changed.Hope you like this new map tweaking.

You can play it online, but other players won't see any difference.

Its same as weapon tweak just you can play online with one who doesnt have tweak.....so if you give that player your theme he will see it just as weapon tweak.Anyone managed to put nice theme?

Yes,if the other player has your theme he can see it.

Long story short, do not play with tweaks online (music tweaks that just change what you hear are probably OK, but anything more than that is out).

It's only a theme (graphical) tweak, that shouldn't count.

This tweak is only changing the textures on the map; it wouldn't affect online play.

When comes tweaking themes is okay. But big warning when you play online?

Well i was trying to find something more about this tweaking.And i found something interesting.
What i found is that you dont have to copy anymore all date from tin can wally and paste it in This game does dragon (See on top of thread) but you can make completely new look that you want.
So lets start.....
When you open Tin can wally in data/maps you will see something like this W01

And all of that shows nothing on first look.But each of that wo is texture file.
Now for tin can wally texture files you may find in data/themes/wildwest.IF you have Photoshop you may edit them.
But you can create new tga files which can be loaded in game and in theme you want.
First make new tga file and save it in theme folder(must have name of theme you are making example.wildwest is wo and number).Load tin can wally and write your file instead of some else like W0 5 you put w0 ___(your number).
You can also make more themes mod from camelot and tincanwally.Go to themes/camelot and load ThemeCamelot .You will see

Now you can put C05 in tin can wally instead of W0 5.
Thats more safer than making your files.
**I wouldnt suggest making new files yet until more tested.
And you can always edit files with photoshop.

Save it to Map folder data/maps and backup your old This game does Dragon for online play.
Soon i will add in script more maps so you will be able to play online and offline.

Is it also possible to create bigger random map, like Camelot, because I really like this theme, but it's a little bit to small. xD

I havent checked that yet but it think it is possible or by tweaking localto add mroe castles or by editing map to add more landscape but i am not sure it will work at all.

I impotrted Your navigation cahllenge level,with volcano and towe from carpet cappers i think.I dont have screenshot but just replace ThisgameDOesDragon in map folder with this one.
HOwever save your old ThisGameDoesDragon.

I'll probably try it out some time soon, but for now I havn't messed with W4 and for some reason I just don't feel like it. I'll probably play it either sunday or next weekend (I can't play on the weekdays)

Right now I'm messing with W:OW2 and trying to get another game. although thank you very much for the information.:D
