You have no idea how bad I wanted to draw AK after reading HK's forum comic. Classic.

I also toyed around with the idea of AK doing something bad to the other worm in the picture (like...I dunno...tying him into a knot?), and then trying to cover it up, even though his health is still at 100.

Certeinly not bad. You have ability.

I advise you to find a black pen and some hard light blue colouring pencils. I don't know how good you are with imaging software, but I suggest you try the following:

Draw the outline of your worm in light blue. Then, when you're happy, trace it with the black pen. Scan the image in and using a decent imaging application, remove the blue lines and seperate out the black lines. Now, you can either convert the image to pure black and white and use the lines to colour in on the computer, or trace new lines using the curve line tool which you then use to colour in.

I don't know how much of that made sense to you, tell me if you don't understand and I'll try to clarify.

I suppose one problem with Melon is that he doesn't really go well with a lot of the other characters. Him and Durian are sort of thier own little club. People like Zero and Paul.Power and Slick you can normally throw in anywhere and it works.

But if you've got a case to solve, then Melon is your man/worm (actually, he's the last worm you should call, but then that wouldn't be funny).

The shading in that last picture was nice, but the rocket doesn't look cylindrical at all I'm afraid. It looks like an arrow with shading and a blob tacked on the end.

The pointy top bit of the arrow should be sticking out, so there should be a line going across the bottom of the cone on the top at least.

Otherwise, it's nice. Looks like there's ANOTHER sigworm trying to get rid of me.

This is exactly what happens when you put a screwdriver in your headband. It seems that DoomWorm gave poor ol' KilBurn here a nearly-lethal injection of iron. Ouch.

Yes, the fat worm came out quite bad. You don't have to tell me twice, because I already knew that. I'm not exactly a veteran of drawing worms. It also doesn't help that I'm using only a pencil. I'm not altering these pictures AT ALL with a computer. They'd be 10X better with some modification. Overall, that's exactly how I want them to come out right now: raw.

I'm not going to act like a noob and argue with you. Yes, I like drawing worms like the official artwork. My style is not my own. I UNDERSTAND THIS. I don't care if my artwork is "bad" or not. I'm having fun, and obviously, so are the people I'm drawing for. That's all that matters.

You're not using the Team17 style, you're copying it. There's a difference. If you could draw a worm in that style in a pose not seen in any of the offical artwork I wouldn't have a problem. You've tried to do this, which is encouraging, but you need to get a handle on the worm's shape. You seem to be having problems getting the length of the tail right. Remember that the tail should get a little thicker in the middle, before tapering to a rounded point from the worm's 'waist'.

Y'know, it was never really explained in Sonic Adventure 1 what E-100 Alpha was (it had to be something. You don't just arbitrarily start your naming system with Beta, that's asking for trouble). ZERO? Eggrobo from Sonic and Knuckles? Hell, Mecha Sonic from Sonic and Knuckles? Trouble is, they look nowt like the E-100 series from Sonic Adventure (the one that comes closest is Eggrobo, and even then...).

Hell, maybe <SPOILER>the blue bird, "Birdie" as referred to by Amy, was E-100 Alpha and somehow broke out of him, nabbing a Chaos Emerald in the process - in the same way that the red bird was E-102 Gamma and the white bird E-101 Beta. It sorta makes sense if you don't think about it too hard. After all, Birdie did escape from the Egg Carrier...</SPOILER>

Also, don't forget that a chaos emerald dvastly increased Omega's weapon power in Sonic Heroes, and he was based directly on the older models, so it's even more likely!</SPOILER>
