don't think this has come up, but when you join a multiplayer game on Wormnet and right click in the area where you could select a scheme as a host the game will freeze for about a minute or longer. This is no major glitch just something weird :)

What I found out is that if you right-click on the area where the scheme drop-down menu normally is (as a client joining a game), the standard Windows context menu for copying & pasting appears:
http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/1042/contextmenueq2.th.png (http://img413.imageshack.us/my.php?image=contextmenueq2.png)

I could only do a Print Scrn screenshot, as neither the Pause key (normally works in the alpha, just so you know) nor Fraps' shortcut keys worked, as the context menu stole the focus and waits for input.
(The menu graphics look like they should, only the areas where the context menu "shines through" have a messed up color palette.)

My guess is, that you actually get that context menu too, but it doesn't switch to your desktop.
Clicking anywhere on the menu makes it disappear or clicking on the paste button if you actually have something in your clipboard.

Could this have something to do with the copy/paste feature on the Wormnet lobby menus added by the beta updates?

Just to clarify I use windows XP, and it happens when you join a game, not as the host. However, I haven't tested if the glitch is still there when you do host.

Yes, so do I.
and it happens when you join a game, not as the host.
Yes, only on the client screen when there is no pull-down menu for the schemes available like on the host screen.
However, I haven't tested if the glitch is still there when you do host.
No, it isn't. On the host screen nothing happens when you right-click there.
