That's pretty damned nice. I can see the reference picture you used in it though. A couple of suggestions -
1) Work on the tail area, make it shorter and less pointy.
2) Try not to do a complete imitation of the artwork you're using. Try different ways of drawing the eyes, for example, and make it generally more stylised.

Also, you pretty much just copied that from the concept art pic, why don't you show us something that comes straight from your brain?

i can't show u something that come only form my brain beacause i don't draw very well.... so i only redraw another picture with a little change
but.. i can try....

I say keep copying for now because copying is the best way to learn.

I say the tail is fine, just make it shorter.
