NEVER MIND, I GOT IT WORKING

Well, I'm trying to install ubuntu to the HDD, and I get to the partitioniung screen, I create two new partitions (both with the ext3 filesystem), and it actually formats them as NTFS! Therefore, I cannot install it. I'll try changing to another filesystem (which is the best that is not NTFS or FAT?)

EDIT: I've tried it with the one with J in it (I forgot what It's called, I htink it's JFS) and the result is the same.
EDIT2: Same result with XFS or whatever
EDIT3: Hey, I got it working. I deleted the partition in one step, then went back and made the new partitions and it worked!
