OK I'm at mission 28.
I kinda got crazy on the missions. Only a few with gold.
Not talking about Deatmatch. I got to 17 there and started getting down and up :)
So I'm asking from you, can someone please give me a 100% save.

Well what can I say.. Some of us are good at these games, some not.
Some has low tolerance, some high.

Thx all :)

What would you need that for, if I may ask? It's just that I can't imagine any use. Unless you're after Full Wormage, then you could just use this (http://www.blamethepixel.com/filedownload.php?id=0516) scheme.

You don't need a 'save' you just need an unlocker, like TeamEd: http://www.nanacide.com/wahelp/tpp-teamed.php

Thx guys.

Still, the TeamED is the better choice.
You can unlock the Full Wormage scheme and also set that pesky mission to completed and continue doing the rest.

Yeah, FWUnlock came out ages ago on Blame the Pixel...

And do try and have a go at completing all the missions. They are the second best part of the game.

Yes I will try but getting gold is so hard!
As I said I'm at mission 28 but like 80% are not gold.
Because at gold you need to complete it at 0 tries!

You can retry a mission anytime once you have beaten it.
And if you have figured out the best solution, you should be able to beat it on the "first" try.

Because at gold you need to complete it at 0 tries! I dont think so. Getting gold is usually determined by the time/turns it takes you to do the mission in.

Yes, and the amount of turns allowed for getting gold is always 1 (one).

As a clarification here, kikumbob seems to think it's the number of in-game turns you take, whereas bonz is saying that it must be completed on the first mission attempt. (or first attempt after last completion).

Bonz is right though.

Whoops!
Of course, it's the mission attempts.
1st attempt: gold
2nd attempt: silver
3rd & more: bronze

Also, on some missions you get extra weapon or utility crates on your 2nd or 3rd attempt to make it easier.
Avoid basing your strategy on the usage of those, as you don't have them on the 1st attempt for gold.

I managed to complete all the missions and never saw an emerging pattern towards the type of medal I got for each. Thats ignorance for you.

So once you've screwed up your first attempt, can you ever get a gold for that mission again?

SilPho

Yes, say you get a bronze medal for a mission, if you complete that mission again then you will get a gold provided you haven't failed again since... that's a little confusing so let me show you what I mean.
Attempt 1: Fail
Attempt 2: Fail
Attempt 3: Succeed - Bronze Medal (counter resets to 0)
Attempt 1: Fail
Attempt 2: Succeed - Silver Medal (counter resets to 0)
Attempt 1: Succeed - Gold Medal (counter resets to 0)

The counter always resets when you succesfully finish a mission.
And you get medals like this:
1st attempt: gold
2nd attempt: silver
3rd & more: bronze

I'm quite sure it is that way, because back in the day when I played through the missions, I used to Ctrl+Alt+Del and manually shut down the game when I was going for the first try success to get gold and failed.
If you were quick enough, the game couldn't save your failure.

Could it be that in some missions a success at the 3rd try is silver, though? I think I recall getting silver still after the 3rd try.

Now thinking again, you could be right.
Gold is on the first try only, I'm sure there.

By the way, you only need to complete the missions to unlock the mission-locked features, including full wormage. Getting gold is not a requirement for the campaign missions; only the training missions.

Oh I only need bronze in all missions to get it?
Nice :)
I got gold on training.
My prob now is the deathmatch, I'm at Major.
