I've got 6.62 seconds, currently sitting on position 13. How the hell you shave 2 whole seconds off that is beyond me!!

I'm assuming we're using the same technique by the way. I can't see any other way to do it. Not likely to say how I did it on here either - took me long enough to figure it out myself!

Yeah, jetpack was involved lol That after a lot of thought and trial and error. Pin-***** precision (of which Mik3yB and I are pretty damn good at) and a lot of restarting. Sod the levels... It's like Mikey said - "forget the time taken to do the challenge - I can navigate through the menus and start a new game in 2 seconds flat!"

Waahey! I'm now in the Top 50 (and falling :D)

Took me a few hours, but I worked out the method (and caught it on tape too ;) )

I haven't manged to beat 5 seconds yet. For those few that have, do you use a wired or wireless controller? I tried 50hz, 60hz and different resolutions but didn't notice any speed difference, so I guess I just have to improve my reaction time :)

Ya I got 8 seconds or something, dont know how e got it down so low!

Since it only took me 5 min to get it I'll let every1 else know what i did(which is obviously not the fastest but e can work from there)
My previous was 20 min :) and when I looked at the leader board I saw someone under 5 seconds and I was like WOW, had to be a glitch or something. But then I went back to it and it clicked how it might be possible to get it under 10 seconds.

As fast as possible select jetpack, press A, fly to first worm press X(drop Dynamite) fly to mine next to far off worm to the left. land on/set off mine.

Boom, worm next to dynamite gets sent in to air, worm to the left blasted ot water, the worm in the air lands next the 3rd worm, and when he dies it kills the 3rd worm.
The mine you set off goes off and and kills the 4th worm.

That's the way I got the 8 seconds.
Obviously I'm not that quick in order to get <5 seconds


EDIT: Ah, I just saw in another post if you turn off the jet pack at a height when your worm lands it will get fall damage and stop the clock. Might shave another second or two off my time!

I push jump at the very start of the turn and select the jetpack while the worm is doing the jump. I think that saves a tiny amount of time but i'm still 1 second slower than the best time.

The rope won't help on challenge 1, it would only slow you down. My current time is 5:330.

Has anyone else had their xbox 360 freeze when trying to restart the challenge? It's rare but it's happened to me a few times, usually after I restart the challenge quickly many times in a row.

i will tell you y u think its cheating and y it isnt cheating(i thought it was cheating too.. until one day when i was on the toilet and figured it out)

i numbered the enemy worms 1 2 3 4.. 1 being the closest worm to your starting guy

well once you make a move(grenade or sumthin)u have 5 seconds to retreat...i thought then it's impossible to beat 5 sec....but..if ur worm takes dmg the turn is automaticly over..so the tactic is to..jump..switch to jetpack..use the jet pack..perfectly drop dyno to the right of worm1(i mean directly to the right..must also barely reach worm2)..fly up and left then end jetpack in the air..take falling dmg(auto ends turn)..and have ur worm stumble far enuff to trigger the mine next to the worm4....once u have the pattern..the time consumer is..how fast can u switch to jetpack???and how far can ur worm tumble???..no cheating here..the dyno blows up throwing worm1 and worm2..worm2 drowns..worm1 lands next to worm3..if the mine next to worm4 is triggered it will kill him..u just take dmg to end ur turn faster..this is good strat on other chall also..those 5 secs add up...
