View Full Version : Attention Team 17: Must have DLC List!
Here is a list of DLC we must have!
1) Angry Scots voices
2) Cyberworms voices
3) "special" mega weapons, like the concrete donkey, and others.
4) Super Sheep, Baseball Bat, and Holy Hand Grenade
5) 10 more environment themes
6) Dashboard themes and gamerpictures
PRICE IS NOT AN ISSUE! Hardcore worms fans will pay what it takes.
OR... make a retail box version of this game with all the weapons, maps, music, and voices from all other 2D Worms games combined. I'd buy it!!! You can call it Worms: Resurrection!

I have to agree with all the people that i have read about so far. Cutomization is absolutly what people want in these times. I mean seriously look at xbox 360 for godsake the whole premise of the system was to give the gamer a chance to customize their 360 right down to the face plate.
A lot of people have been sceeming for DLC well if its too much to put all at once then mabe you guys should consider a box retail version. I have heard a lot of people saying that on the forums and it should include every weapon and all the other cray customizable stuff that all the Worms games have had. If the newbs don't like it or find it too daunting to see a billion weapons then there should be weapon sets like a default weapon set for the newbs.
Props goes out to Team 17 for the game though. I remember just a few months before I found out that Worms was comming to XBLA I was saying that it would kick ass if they released that for the arcade and here it is. I havn't had this much fun playing with four other people on xbox live.
Yeah
Here my list
-Better physic (not so heavy worms)
-Much more themes
-I know it will not happen but I Want: Baseball Bat, Holy Handgrenade, Parachute and a usefull ninja rope thanks to the physics
-Bug Fixes
-Mission Mode
-More customization
-More soundbanks
-The concrete donkey would be nice...
Dont forget the game setup options, round times, sudden death
Have you looked in the options?
You can set round times between 0 and 30 minutes.
The thing is, I like the game. For £5 for a new game, I don't feel cheated. Yes, I could get Armageddon for probably less, but it is an old game, and when it was brand new, it was 4 times the price of this.
It is intended as a casual game, and as far as I am concerned, if I want all the features that Armageddon had, I'd buy armageddon. If they just re-released armageddon for XBLA, people would complain that they haven't done anything new, and are just milking the market and making easy cash.
So to summarise:
Armageddon: Feature rich, probably cost £20-£30 brand new
XBLA: Stripped down. Costs around £5.
The mathematics make sense to me.

I just wanted to say that I love worms, and the 360 version is great. I really wish though that it had more themes, and of course the great weaponry like holy hand grenades or napalm and stuff. If not these then give us some more customization like anchoring worms, turning mines and barrels on and off. Just some basic stuff would be crazy good because I kinda feel like I payed $5 for a demo.
I hope that they will bring a Hell(Lava?) Level like in the first Worms Game and more Voicebanks. Does anybody know when they plan to bring the first DLC?

Holy Hand Grenade, Baseball Bat and the Super Sheep are sorely missed. A bungie rope would be swell as well, but not a need.
Other than that, I'm happy with the game.
thing I'm hoping for most is that different themes have different gravity.
Alien and Moon themes, for example, would have low gravity.

Well....actually, W:A and WWP sell together for £6.
Maybe I didn't make myself clear. 8 years ago when it was new it would have cost £20 to £30.
As I also said, now that it is an old game you can get it for cheaper and Worms XBLA.
Posh english soundbank please.
And hello Yeilz (waves)
