Girder Up and Down [Archive]

Please does anybody knows how(if it's possible) i make the girder goes up and down? is it possible? how do i do?

If it's on Playstation 2;
L2 = UP
R2 = DOWN.

Otherwise, No IDea.

on pc, q and e keys move it up and down.
