It's not exactly a bug, or even a flaw or anything like that, but when I launch my game, the resolution changes for the WA main menu to something like 640x480 (ecause of some weird I-don't-know-anything-in-particular-about settings of my graphics card, the screen flickers, then shortly shows the menu screen, then minimizes the game, and finally when I click on the task in the taskbar, it fires up again...
Well, while I messed around with the settings of the card several times without getting any result, it might be an easier solution to include something like a custom menu resolution that adjusts to the desktop resolution, e.g. always shows the menu in 640x480 and draws a black frame around it so the game doesn't have to change the resolution as it starts up. If you don't want to do it just for me, you can see it as an improvement to reduce loading times... :rolleyes: And thanks in advance, of course...

That is bizarre, BlueScope. Recently I was trying to change the frontend's resolution to something larger than 640x480, but it instantly minimized upon startup, and again every time I tried to restore it. Is that exactly the problem you describe happening at 640x480?

Well, yeah, kinda... like I said, I think it's hapening because of my display settings (I had some troubles with my multiple screens and tweaked the graphics card settings here and there to make it work, but it sometimes messes up what's happening on the screen... I can't imagine any other reason, because WA was running just fine before I swapped the screens...)

i have had this happen for a while now, I dont have multiple desktops installed since I last reinstalled XP, however I did before, and didnt have the problem then...
