I doubt this will affect Team17. They've always been good at "smaller" games like 2D Worms games, Lemmings, Worms Blast and its ilk... Microsoft would never give those more than 50MB because they just don't need it, and anything Team17 do that's more like a full game such as Worms 4 would have another publisher anyway, so they could get sales from other platforms (unless of course Microsoft hire them as Sony did, to make a proper version of whatever game IP they've bought now, but I'd not imagine Team17 would be first choice. I imagine they got the Lemmings gig in no small part because they're but a short bus ride away from SCEE, or whatever they're calling themselves these days).

But it's good to see Microsoft being flexible. Never hurts.
