You only need the above-mentioned patch if you get the Codemasters version - the patch does not need to be applied to the Majesco version

(Codemasters is generally available in Europe, Majesco in North America)

I am pretty sure there is a button you can press on the launcher to check for updates anyway, isnt there?

I've got worms 3d on the way too (got my bro hooked and now we want to connect online)...

I read ahead and bought the cd, rather than the download, which if i understand, can't be patched.

But this sp2 patch is only for the EU version? What about SP1? Is that universal or do I need special care when downloading that?

Or is that an EU patch too?

The USA version is pre-patched with the EU patch, since it was released quite a while after the EU version.
