Just look at the plain stupidity.

HOW CAN YOU SAVE MONEY ON FREEWARE?

Edit: It gets worse...

Find and compare Microsoft at FindStuff.com! No matter what youre looking for, youll always find a sale at FindStuff!

Edit: Can someone shoot WinSite please, a friend of mine was downloading QuickBasic from Winsite:

[21:32] <mmiikkee12> lsproc: i can't use that
[21:33] <mmiikkee12> it requires a "MS-DOS compartible OS"
[21:33] <mmiikkee12> :P
[21:33] <lsproc> :P
[21:33] <mmiikkee12> meaning, you have to be able to split your os into MS-DOS compartments
[21:33] <mmiikkee12> i don't know how to do that in w2k
[21:33] <AlexExtreme> mmiikkee12, use dosbox
[21:33] <lsproc> AlexExtreme: you didnt get the point of that
[21:33] <AlexExtreme> wait, XD
[21:33] <AlexExtreme> LOL
[21:33] <mmiikkee12> AlexExtreme: :P
[21:33] <lsproc> not comPATible, comPARTible

The requirements said a MS-DOS compartible OS. (I was lsproc btw)

It's probably just a poorly written automatic script.

Well, time = money, so the add could imply their service is 50% faster than altarnatives.

I remember a similar stupidly scripted advert claiming you could buy slaves on eBay if you searched for "slaves" on google.

Ouch.

What's the chance of getting watched for these bright messages? Can any admin/mod tell me?

Ouch.

What's the chance of getting watched for these bright messages? Can any admin/mod tell me? The fact that to anyone using the Retro Purple skin they are easily readable suggests that it's just as likely as with normal text.

Just another advantage of using the best forum skin.

The one that doesn't actually hurt the eyes.

What, retro or VB default?

I think VB default hurts my eyes as I am a white-on-black user (white comes out supa-bright on my Mitsubishi CRT Diamondtron M2 Super Bright monitor)

Retro is the only way to go.
