im just such a big fan of the worms artwork, and the games, humour, this site gave me the change to get some of my favourite artists to critique my work so I figured Id post

To be honest Lydon, this is the wrong place for you. The art we have around here is worms fanart, this is some of the best drawing I've ever seen on the forum, but IMO drawing worms would not show off your abilities as well as they can be shown. Much of your skills lie in well drawn shapes and excellent complex shading, something worms, being simple shapes, often lack.

Try www.deviantart.com, if you aren't already a member. You'll fit right in, specify that you want critiques and you'll never be short of advice.

As for getting advice from T17 artists, if you stick around and make your intentions clear one of the staff might notice and pop a word in for you. Try making an animation, even if they dont respond we'll be able to help you some of the way.

It just came to my mind... i think it's easier to bump into some Team17 staff while hanging inside a paperbox in some dirty alley than around this forum... not saying that the Team17 staff frequent paper boxes in dirty alleys, but they sure don't come here either... :p

Not really. T17 don't come onto the forums because they're busy, not because of the art. As talented as you are, any emails you send will probably just be treated as spam. You'd be better off looking for comments on DA, rather than hanging around here in the off chance you get noticed.

Your art is damn good, Lyndon.
You already seem like a professional-grade artist, and are beyond most of our help.
The only criticisms I can give are the little things about individual pictures (I can see the construction lines on some pictures, for instance) that wouldn't really help you improve a whole lot.

You'd be much better off showing your work to people who really know how to criticize and help. I'm afraid that here (and on deviantart.com) you'll get nothing but people raving about how good you are. It's nice, but not really that helpful.

Unfortunately none of the Team17 staff seem to visit the fanart forums like they used to. If you really want the staff you see your art, you might want to try PM-ing one of them. (You'd probably be more likely to get a response than if you just e-mailed them.)

The art is just great. And I (like everyone) really recomend DeviantArt, You want to be judged by some of your favourite artists? Well most of the best artists on this froum are on Deviant Art too, so that won't be a problem.

About the worm: I can't help but think that top row of teeth is a bit far forward.

Fantastic work. I can't really think of any criticism, since I'm barely getting used to semi-realistic anatomy and cartoony facial expressions, but I'll be sure to keep an eye on your work from now on.
