Hey dudes.
Well I downloaded a bitmap (black and white, ready to be a .BIT ;) ) and I've tryed to convert it to .BIT file with BITMonkey. I open the .bmp in the program and set the options, but I have a problem. When I try to play the BIT map in the game, it texturizes the map! (see below).

What I can do? Thanks!

Well you could import the .bmp using the in-game editor, and convert it to a .bit in that.

Are you converting to bit over PNG to save space? If not, convert it to a PNG instead. It won't texturize then.

@Run: I thought it still texturized if you did that.

Well I tryed. It texturizes if is a imported bmp, and with the png don't works (invalid file).

PNG files work differently, they are not imported like BMPs but loadied in like BIT files - make sure you have the latest WA update.

Put the map in C:\Team17\Worms Armageddon\User\Import (if this is your directory), then start WA, go into the Map Editor, Import the map by clicking on the floppy disk icon and selecting it in the window that comes up, then on the pane of buttons on the left, click the top right one to convert it to a .BIT file. Then type a name in the box on the drop-down menu and then press save if you want to keep it.

Use Manhattan or Hospital for the texture.
