I live in the UK but every time I play Worms 4 over the Internet the only games that show up are foreign ones like French, Argentinian, Russian, Mexican, Spanish etc. Also nobody speaks English so you can probably guess that it gets pretty annoying not being able to speak to anybody in your own language.

I was just wondering if there was any way round this as surely I shouldn't be connecting to JUST foreign games should I?

Vanchatron: go to the chatroom, find Englishmen (Americans, Australian) & play with them.

When I play online, I in a chatroom make messadge like: "Русские есть?" ("Are here any Russians?")

Do what Maunem said, or else only join games that have an English name.
Or else learn French. W4M is rather popular over there.

But not as popular as it is in Russia. All I ever see is Russians these days. (Not saying that's a bad thing, but...kinda is since I don't speak Russian)

English is a popular language, many people know speaking it. I'm French, and I never had problems when playing online. :) You may be really unlucky because most of Russians I met online could speak English.

Offtop: if worms have "spoke" russian, this game could be more popular (of course, in my country).

What time are you playing?

Yes, Vancha: if you playing in 1.00 pm GMT (for example) - you can see here a lot of my compatriots... But don't play in 4.00 pm GMT in winter or in 5.00 pm GMT in summer - in this time in Internet a lot of people from the most (technically) best city of Russia - from Moscow...
