Well i moved and now i can't seem to host, i forced my new ip, i checked it again and all the ports i forwarded are still there, when i check. I don't use a firewall. So i'm not sure any suggestions i can't think of?

Maybe when you re-plugged everything in, your router gave you a different internal IP?

run an "ipconfig" from the command prompt and make sure your IP is the same one the ports are being forwarded to.

how did you verify your IP address?

Running cmd /k ipconfig, as M3ntal already stated.
