I asked on there about Microsoft's MCAD/MCSD a while back, and they seemed quite helpful. There should be plenty of people on there who can give you advice on Microsoft's MCSE and Cisco's CCNA, which are the two i reckon you should go for if you haven't got any IT qualifications yet :).
