All sorted now.

There is an admin - volcadmin, but he's a network administrator rather than like Sel who was a webmaster, and doesn't have as much time as Sel did to browse the forum. In other words, people can still be banned :D

If you've got an adminy issue the quickest thing to do is to PM one of the usermods and we'll redirect your question accordingly.


Anyway, the image thingy is now working, so your friend should be able to register

They can't view threads though - that's the way it's been for quite some time and how it will probably stay for the near future.

yes but prior to the recent change they couldnt even view threads.
