im making costum clocks, one clock takes about 4-6 minutes to make...

I presume he's using Macromedia Flash.
But pretty much any good programming language could do it too.

That therr's a very nice clock. I think the hands coulda been more pointed out, though. The second hand is like... MICROSCOPIC!
