It seems thats the blue tick to start the game does not want to appear. All players have indicated they are ready but the game will not start. Have I missed something really obvious?

PS: Players are behind the same router if that makes a difference!

I have the same problem but I don't know how to resolve this problem. Please help!

Are all bulbs lit?
Is more than one player teamed in?
Is there more than one team colour present among the teams?
