Text not copied coz there's too much and it would look bad with all the spacing and stuff.

I never thought a website of crappy home-made videos, copyrighted content and memes was worth $1.65bn.

It should be youtube.omg, shouldn't it?

There should definitely be a range of those type of TLDs.

The .wtf one would sell very well for spoof compant pages. microsoft.wtf would be very valuable.

Being google they're putting advertising in, I'd think they should be able to make a lot of money from that.

.lol would be a good one too.

Back on topic though - At least Google is a decent company that is seeking world domination as opposed to a company that doesn't know what they're doing. Google produces many good programs where they are actually needed.

No, they also need to make the guy sign a cunningly phrased no-competition contract that prevents him from ever starting a website ever again.

Personally, I don't mind YTMND much. If it only ever worked right, instead of screwing up and/or crashing Opera.

They should call it Gootube!

Also YTMND is a waste of webspace.
