Does WWP Support widescreen?

If not does anybody know anyway to change resolutions? Im gettin my new comp in afew days with widescreen moniter and Worms is the only game I play when friends are round. cant find anything saying that it does or it doesent anywhere so im askin you lot :)

1: I don't think WWP has widescreen support.
2: If it's an ordinary desktop, then you should be able to decrease the width of your screen size using the buttions on your monitor.

ahhh very good idea, ive been quite worried about gettin a new widescreen thingy and been researching on www.widescreengamingforum.com, but nowhere on the net have i yet read to try that :S. ahh well cheers for the help, if it dont work or somethin ill probs be back here but thanks, made me alot less worried about not being able to run certian games :D

Not sure about the widescreen, but you can change the resolution in-game.

On the frontend, go to "Options" (Bottom right), and then along the bottom row there should be a big button saying 800x600. Click on that to get the resolution you're after (only 3 options, sadly). If your comp can handle it, i suggest choosing the largest one, it allows you to see a lot more of the map that way.

Worms Armageddon has full support for widescreen resolutions. Play WA.

WA is officially better from WWP (I think so). In WA you can play an color maps and make screens in game. If you want make on WWP screens that I prefer program Fraps: www.fraps.com :)

Yeah there it only supported 1240 X 1000 or whatever the normal res' are but widescreens something like 1290 X 900, (something LIKE that im not saying it is.) i was just wondering if there was away or something but it doesent look like it. unless jerrys link holds anything useful...

Update: looked at "fraps" and its BS for what i want, lol. however as i said im gettin a new comp so ill use it to check how much of an upgrade it is compared to this, cheers for the help, but totally unrelated to the topic.
