My Windows 98 machine with WWP broke again. I have been trying to fix it for the past 3 months but it won't work. What do I do now?

Either:
1: Tell us what the problem is so that we might be able to begin to help.
2: Buy a new computer.
3: Do nothing.

Windows 98 is very unstable. Use Windows XP, if possible.

a fix for many wwp problems
make sure you have at least 128MB of memory free
otherwise wwp, and possibly your computer, becomes very unstable
