I created a flag but when i but it on the user flags and when i edit a team and the flag i created flag was not there :eek:

Did you make sure that the flag was the same width, height, and file type as the other flags?

yes i did make it the same size file type Etc:-/

Try lowering the colour depth of the flag to 8 Bit (256 colours), if you haven't done so yet.
