I downloaded the full PC version installer (Worms4MayhemSetup) from Trygames.com.

When the app is run a dos window pops up for a second or two then closes, nothing else happens. I've attempted to contact trygames but in the meantime I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I understand: Internet is the Great Library of the Information (though in my opinion more likely the Great Dump of the Information); but by way of games where it is more reliable to buy them in any shop (simple or internet) - so most likely to you the legal version of game will get.
How I understand, at your computer Windows 98/2000? If yes, I speak at once: developers W4:M does not guarantee working capacity of this game on these operational systems.

the same thing happened for me when I tried worms 2 from trygames. Eventually I just purchased it from trygames hoping that it was just because I had not paid for it and my trying time was over or somthing. Unfortunatly it still did the same thing. So I just bought the game off team17 shop. Seemed to work fine on my friends pc though. Perhaps a problem with dos prompt?

And all is equal, to buy games on disks more reliably. At least there will be no problems with connection...
