My lilttle Brother likes to play Worms armageddon, And since its his birthday soon i consider buying WWP for him. (He didnt like the 3d worms games :P )
But before i buy... I just wonder if WWP got the same amount of weapons, and is it possible to customize "everythin" like in Worms armageddon?
The team voices, and win music etc...

Thanks for any help.

Exactly like WA, but with less compability(last update @ 2003). I suggest sticking to WA for the time being.

It is actually not worth it. By getting WWP you'd have W:A minus lots of different features. WWP's only advantage is Wormpot with stuff like "using a weapon doesn't end your turn" or "points for weapons". Also, W:A is being updated, WWP isn't.

Then again, WWP has a mission editor, so there's something good.

You can edit missions in WA also, especially thanks to CyberShadow's wkFileOverride. Also, official WA development could be moving pretty quickly soon.

if you believe in the rumor about a patch for wwp that will also give it the stuff in wa, get wwp
or get both

note: i'm not saying i disbelieve in the rumor.

Rumour? You don't seem to understand what was said. Team17 has planned to make WA playable with the WWP CD, which will, in turn, allow WA to access WWP missions, etc. This isn't a patch for WWP. It's an update for WA, and is beneficial to owners of the WWP CD.

only if the person that owns wwp owns worms Armageddon as well... unless it becomes legal to own an illegal copy of worms Armageddon updated to the latest version (which would support the wwp disc) and and play it with your wwp disc online.

No, Franpa. Players with just the WWP CD will be able to play WA. That's the whole point.

but if you only have just the WWP cd then you cannot play W:A with that disc because you need the W:A disc to install W:A first.

Kneecap, I would reccomend getting WWP if you can't find anything else. It's different than WA, but not by much.
Yes, it does have the same weapons and editable stuff, with a few extra team settings too. And more missions.

Lex, I'll put it in a better way:
There will be an update that will combine both WA and WWP into one game, which can be played on either CD.

You can edit missions in WA also, especially thanks to CyberShadow's wkFileOverride.
Yes, but that's a very messy way of doing it.

to be more precise... the game w:a can be combined (in the future) with wwp thus allowing you to use either w:a/wwp disc to play.

the way plasma put it it can be either w:a with wwp or vice versa
