U want to say that i cant play wa if i haved got a cd or id i have downloaded it
i downloaded it and i can play it i can get on wormnet but i cant play
when i instal 3.0 thatn 3.5b and 3.5.36.5b my loading completes but after loading black screen and DONT SEND? any help

The only legal downloadable version of W:A is the Trymedia/Trygames version, which should come prepatched to version 3.0.5.0.
You can play online (Wormnet) with it, but you probably find few people that have that version.
You can NOT patch the Trymedia version with the latest beta updates (e.g. v3.6.26.5).

All retail CD versions (original or budget re-releases) should work with the latest beta updates.
(Though Maunem2 said that on the Russian box WinXP is explicitly meantioned as not compatible. Don't know what that means.)
