ahh but bonz, that information tells the player to open 4 different ports. It's better if a player only opens the 1 he needs.

It is 17011 for tcp and udp zeps.

usually with routers its somthing like admin for user name and nothing for pw. you can go check the default logins on that portforward website.

or u can just ask ur dad;) .. lol thing is, mine has no password, so i can just go in and make the changes. simple!

username: admin
password: password

I hope your router doesn't have a wireless connection.
Because with no (or too simple) passwords anyone in your vicinity can have an internet connection for free.
