It's only got 8 colours.. so I think the only way to reduce it's filesize would be to reduce the number of frames or the dimentions.

Here it is. Took me about 2 sec to shrink the file size.

Before: 29 KB (29.281 Bytes)
After: 6,0 KB (6.128 Bytes)
