I've recently installed Stunt GP on my new :D system. At first when i tried to start the game it just crashed instantly. I quick google search and i found that you have to install the game with a path with no spaces like this :
E:\StuntGP and not E:\Stunt GP
A random bug but thats not the problem. When i start the game with the frame limiter on the game freezes every 2-3 secs for about 0.5 secs. When i disable the frame limiter it runs fine but its waaaayy to fast to play it properly.
So does anyone know how to fix this frame limiter bug ?

Also i have sound issues. In the game there are no SFX for my car and a few other things. A quick look in the directory and i found that in the SFX folder there was nothing! I tried to manualy extract the SFX off the CD but it didn't work. Anyone know how to get the SFX to work at all or even extract them off the disk ???

This is annoying, i love stunt GP its great multiplayer and i used to enjoy it a lot but i can't play it on my new system. Just incase you need them my specs are :
ATI X800GTO2, Graphics card
Asus A8R-MVP, motherboard
Opteron 165, CPU
Creative X-FI, Soundcard
2GB of RAM
XP installed

So any ideas :-/

What is this frame limiter thing? A third party tool? An option inside the game?

If first: try another tool, if second: sorry no idea.

Its not a third party tool. In the configeration page of Stunt GP you have an option to "disable the frame limiter". Thanks anyway ;)
