I used to visit that worms2 site allot back in the days. Before I had internet at home I would sometimes visit my moms work place and do all my surfing from there, printing articles and guides. Oh, thoose where the times =)

Heh. I entered the community properly just after the Allotment got closed down and the CMB got transferred to The Worms Universe... and boy, was I a newbie. An enthusiastic and polite newbie, but still a newbie...

I'd been hanging around before then, but never really entered into the whole thing until the Allotment was a pretty well rotted corpse.

He resigned. I emailed him a while back asking if he still had the Wormscenter content but he hadn't, unfortunately. I remember Chris 'Cardeese'/'Pyro' Phillips. He was an all right chap, really. He and I had some differences over web sites and Otorp's Top 25 Worms Sites list but we sorted those out :)

That may be, but that was back when I wrote unreadable visual basic code that I didn't send to anyone.

I think it's a good thing most of my vb projects are lost now.
