I was using cablenet at work, and game was working ok.But now at home , I use ADSL , I can join in to games but when I want to host a game, nobody can come into my game.

If you are connected through a router and/or use a firewall, make sure that the correct ports are forwarded or opened.

thanks really, I already opened the ports, but forcing IP from regedit fixed the problem.
