Is there a way to create custom flags? ( like you could in woms armageddon? )

Is there a model format that I could make custom hair/eyes/face/guns/etc models?

I believe the flags are still editable, but there's no way to add models to the game.

Adding mlore models is impossible. But I have a friend who has accidentally opened a .xom with Maya, and he completely forgot how he did.
