Downloaded the video lol and yes both Krazy and I can do this :). There is a much simpler way as well. Simply get a map with two islands on top of eachother and then do a backflip off the top one. While falling shoot the rope to the island below and once hooked on press again to release and boom! You'll be flying like no tomorrow :D. Give it a shot.
