But yes, anger is common. They're angry because I'm forcing them to stay still whilst I'm drawing them.

Well, what looked REALLY stupid was the scond head UNDER his first one in the movie...

No, that was like that to allow for some parts of the storyline. I would forgive them on these grounds if the edited storyline had been worth it. Unfortunately it wasn't. But it didn't look stupid. It just looked odd. It actually looked stupid in the TV series. And it broke down a lot.

Well, it looked odd, wasn't described like that in the book and allowed for some parts of an extremely dumb-ass story which wasn't in the book either. Therefore, it was stupid. (And todays technologies should be able to create a two-headed man without looking silly. The TV-series didn't have that level of technology)

Does it matter how it was desctibed in the book? The storyline has always been changing. For example, in the radio series Frankie and Benjy mouse didn't try to take Arthurs brain, in the book they did and took some action towards it, in the tv show they did but didn't take any action, and in the film it was Lunkwill and Fook, not Frankie and Benjy. Anyway, enough about that.

Personally, I have nothing against the plot changes they make to Hitchhiker's the movie. The plot has always had changes from version to version. What I object to is the wholesale pointless scrapping, modifying and bizarre punchline removal of the jokes. Twenty minutes more. That's all I ask. Twenty minutes to put back in all the brilliant lines that mysteriously vanished.

Alright, we've heard plenty about the Hitchhiker's film and it's problems (Like the stupid shortening of Arthur's conversation with Mr Prosser, and the scrapping of Ford tricking Prosser into lying in front of the bulldozer). No more posts that are not directly related to my art please. I'll probably do two pics today (BK through the ages and... Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz) then move onto Kelster and Plasma tomorrow.
