Just decided to post a link to a thread at a forum.

It's a speedpainting thread, meaning all pictures done in here are made in short time by the artists. Not sure how much time they spend, but It's usually less than a couple of hours, the whole point being painting fast and learning. It's very interesting to browse, so I thought I'd share it..
