i know am thick as pig **** but how do you stop map damage in shoppa's i cnt do it

There's the "cheat" option called indestructible terrain.
Click the star button on bottom left in the options menu.

If you're lazy and ACompletepoof you could also use Annelid's TeamED (http://www.blamethepixel.com/filedownload.php?id=0029) and edit your team file.
