Both me and my friend have got W4:M and I have created loads of teams and weapons for it that my friend wants. Is there a specific file/folder that I can copy and take to his computer so that he can play with my saved data?

The file SaveGame.xom in the data subdirectory of the game directory contains the information about your team the highscores and so on. If you haven't done any tweaking that should be the only file you need.
It worked for me, when I reinstalled Windows and just copied that file back over the new installation.

I have a saved game I wanna put on mine and I cant go to the data1 or 2 files to delete the old save or move it and put the one I want in(or whatever you have to do)...are you saying you have to delete it and put it in before it installs?

To put a save game on your machine
1)Navigate to the folder you installed W4M (In my case, X:\Team17\Worms 4 Mayhem)
2)Double click the "data" folder
3)Rename SaveGame.xom to SaveGameBU.xom . This is your backup incase something goes wrong.
4)Copy the savegame.xom you want to have into the place where the old one used to be
5)Play!
If something does go wrong, delete your new SaveGame.xom and rename SaveGameBU.xom to SaveGame.xom .
