You don't.
Many people seem to missunderstand the concept of the "points for weapons" mode.
It's about distributing the 100 available points on a balanced set of weapons that you are good with.
The money is only symbolic.

Yeah this sucks. Make like like GTA has! More $ means more hot chicks and more pimped out rides! Who wants variety, just make all the computer games the same!
