Ok, I recently updated to the latest beta patch which I believe is 3.26.X. My question is, has the map creator/editor been re-located or removed? I can't find it anymore. Seems like it was replace with the color shade option to distinquish what teams are what... and the optimization of the res size. WHERE IS IT?!

For anyone in the future, click "Multiplayer" then Right-click the top-left icon.

Because it is the map editor.
It has been in the options menu together with the team editor and the weapons/options editors.

Well, I understand that, but it seems like a waste of space to have two methods of getting to the editors, to me. They even made graphics for those. I mean, they could have made extra, nice options instead of adding redundancies.
