I downloaded and Mapthiefed a few maps and now i have a big problem!!!

As soon as i load a map for a game it looks totally different from the ones I downloaded!!

It's the same map allright but it has a different texture and holes everywhere!!!

And griders where there weren't any !! It sux can an1 help me thx!!!

I downloaded the service pack from team17 but no improvement !!!!!!

The game adds holes and girders if it can't place all the worms. I think the latest beta patches (which are for W:A only, alas) have an option to try and reduce it, but you can't really get rid of it altogether in case someone asks for a completely empty map and everyone drowns.

Try using more open maps. And if you're importing black and white ones you can choose the texture so that shouldn't be a problem.

oh... i see what he means by girders now... makes perfect sense... you cant get rid of them.... they are there due to lack of surface area for worms to sit on.
