Just because I signed up in 2003 doesn't mean I was active. I've only really been active since October. So there. The forum comics I've read have been good, but that largely consists of EOL, AT's Apathy Clan and this one. I'm sure there are rubbish ones that I haven't seen, but I've seen more good ones, so I generally get the idea that they're usually good.

Maybe I should go search for bad comics and see how many I can find.

Although I have a good long-term plot in place, I've momentarily run out of ideas for the short-term. I was gonna do a non-seq... uhh, out-of-sequence comic thing in response to Andrew's possibly-revived-possibly-not comic, but I think I've done enough out-of-sequence things already. :p So right now, I'll just leave it.

What I do want to say, however, to the other DOZEN forum comic artists that have sprung up, put me in your comic if you want to -- you know me and my character well enough by now, methinks -- but I'm not gonna skip around to every thread and go all I REQUESTZ11!11 so now I'm just doing it to all of them right here for the convenience of it. :p

I used a microwave today that had a button labelled POWER LEVEL on it. It was kinda funny.

Here's your stupid DVD bonus commentary for this installment. I drew the first panel quite some time ago and then set it aside and only got back to it tonight. Err, by which I mean this morning. I've had the rest of it pretty well planned out in my head for a good while beforehand, except it was originally going to be me being narrowly missed instead of Paul, which is why I'm so prominant in the first panel. Swapping in Paul was a random on-the-fly decision. I had erroneously labelled it 029.png, when it is actually comic number 28, which I fixed before uploading. The explosion looked more dramatic in my head but looks alright in the end. It was going to make a PTHOOM sound, but I didn't see any especially convenient place to put it.

There's this really freaking stupid song on the FlatOut 2 soundtrack. You know that really raspy high-pitched scream that every alternative/punk rock group in the history of the universe uses at least once? Like the entire song is that. And there's no way to disable or skip it in-game. So every 3 minutes it's all AGAKSJDFA AUP A AGIAINST THE WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL I'M SCREAMING

This took surprisingly more work than what usually goes into these.
