or at least a game mode with all weapons, + super weapons (concrete donkeys, sentry guns, and all that kinda stuff) i completed all missions, challenges and tutorials, but no full wormage.

It's called "kitchen sink". You get it once you completed the game (100%).
When you use it, you get unlimited amounts of all the weapons and tools including the concrete donkey right from the start.

It is fun a few times, but then it is just to powerfull. The games are over too quick and there is no strategy required, other than just using concrete donkey on all enemy worms.

What Moritz said, but you also have to buy everything in the item shop.
