sometimes when i play w4m, things are missing in the landscape! this happens often! there is no rain in "the land that worms forgot" etc. it happens to weapons too! like sometimes when i use the bazooka, you don't shoot anything! and the poison arrow dosen't make any poison! have this happened to anyone else?

just a shot in the dark, since i don't own the game and have no idea what hardware you are running the game on, but the only thing i can think of is that you might have some sort of a limit on number of polygons that your video card displays. w4 terrain is fairly high on polygon count, even if it doesn't look like it. what kind of a video card do you have? if you don't know, you can go to start->run, type in dxdiag and hit enter. in the window that comes up go to display and look up the box that says device. it should have all the info you might need on your gfx card.

one thing you can try to do is update your video card's drivers.

if you don't know, you can go to start->run

You do know he means that you have to open the start menu, then select 'Run', right?

I don't know if the picture will be better, but the game will run a little faster.

RAM won't affect the picture quality - that's down to your graphics card. RAM will just slightly improve how the game runs otherwise.
