Sound Card / Driver Revision
DirectX Revision
Nature of the problem
Steps to recreate

Any new threads made repeating already mentioned problems will simply be deleted. Instead, add a post to an already exisiting relevant thread. Threads that do not provide the above information will also be deleted.

We will not help people who refuse to help themselves by not spending 5 mins checking that their issue has not already been addressed or providing the details requested above.
