Hey guys,

I'm trying to install W:A on my Windows 7 OS. I have a disc from when I was a kid, and when I inserted it, the Autoplay ran, but stopped at "Preparing To Install".

I have seen information about an automatic uploader, but whenever I download uwain.exe, it disappears as soon as I try to run it.

I tried running it in compatibility mode, but to no avail.

Can someone explain to me the step-by-step process to make this thing work? I have looked all throughout these forums and the Team 17 site, but cannot find an actual walk through for someone who has purchased this game to enjoy it again.

I am at a total loss on how to get this game installed.

Try running the setup program on the disk directly. It should be in the Install directory on the CD, or a similar location.
